ABSOLUTE CPD (Trading as ABACUS Owner-Builder Online) provides its registered users with the ability to receive your owner builder permit online. Unless otherwise stated, new features or enhancements shall be subject to these same TOS. The user agrees that the ABSOLUTE CPD service is provided "AS-IS" and that the company assumes no responsibility for the timeliness or accuracy of information provided, nor is ABSOLUTE CPD responsible for the deletion, loss or non-delivery of information.

Users agree that the information contained on the site by ABSOLUTE CPD is general only. ABSOLUTE CPD does not purport the owner-builder course to be comprehensive. Users should not act solely on the basis of course material contained on the site without obtaining qualified professional advice.

In order to use the ABSOLUTE CPD service, the user agrees to:
  • provide accurate, complete information about himself as required on the registration form; and
  • promptly update the data in order to maintain its accuracy and completeness.
If the user provides any information that is found to be inaccurate, ABSOLUTE CPD retains the right to suspend or terminate the user's membership status and to refuse any and all current or future use of the ABSOLUTE CPD service.

When establishing an account with ABSOLUTE CPD, users select a username and password in order to access and to identify themselves within the ABSOLUTE CPD examination system.
